German Chocolate Cake – German chocolate cake was originally called “German’s Chocolate Cake” after the English-American chocolatier Samuel German who developed a dark baking chocolate that came to be used in the cake! 

Notes: Layers of decadent dark chocolate cake filled and topped with creamy coconut and pecan frosting.

Tricky scent to replicate

I will walk 10 miles for a German Chocolate Cake scent. Bri has done a great job with a very hard scent to replicate. Granted it needed to age/macerate a few weeks before I could appreciate it. But after a few rough weeks after shipment, this scent reminds me of my grandmom's cake. Purchased both the oil and alcohol spray. The oil is expressing the cake a little more, the spray is giving chocolate - coconut a bit stronger. So....I layer them!
I have a few other brands of GCC scents in my collection and tip my hat to Bri.
