FAQ, Shipping & Policies

We offer multiple size bottles of perfumes that vary based on the carrier type (alcohol or oil). 

 

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept refunds or exchanges.  If you need to correct a new order where a scent was selected in error please email us at support@damaskhaus.com. As long as we haven't already processed your order corrections may be made.

While we test all our products and stand by their quality we recommend doing a small patch skin test on yourself before slathering on a new scent (though we totally understand the urge).  Each person has different skin chemistry/sensitivities as well as scent preferences.  This is among the reasons we suggest a small area test and do not offer refunds.

We currently offer worldwide shipping via USPS First Class to the shipping address submitted with each order. While alcohol based products cannot be shipped out of the US, we are happy to ship Damask Haus' oil-based perfumes to our friends outside the US. If we receive an international order request for EDP we will substitute IPM (isopropyl myristate) for alcohol to comply with regulations. 

US Shipping & Handling Rates:  

  • $6 to $9.25 USPS Average 3-5 days travel time.  Rate determined by weight/product/distance. We do not make money on shipping, our cost to package/ship is reflected in our rates. EDP perfumes must mailed via ground shipping so shipping rates are slightly higher for EDP/Alcohol products.
Example:
Oil sample set: $6 shipping, EDP set $7.70
5ml oil set: $7.70 shipping, EDP set $9.25
10ml oil set: $7.70 shipping, EDP set $9.25

    Canada Shipping & Handling Rates:

    • $12 to $16.95 by weight - First Class Int'l.
    • Free shipping on orders over $150
    • We will always use USPS to ship to Canada to avoid buyer import/brokerage fees other carriers require.

    International Shipping Rates:

    • $15 to $24 by weight - First Class Int'l. Travel time varies, at least one week.
    • Free shipping on orders over $175 (International)
    • On international orders, we reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if the shipping charges are significantly above normal costs.  We will contact the you for possible alternative shipping methods.
